Disneyland & California Adventure in one day...

Taylor, Jack and I went to Disneyland & California Adventure last month (yes... I'm still trying to catch up my blog from summer) for FREE thanks to our good friend Max! We had a blast! We rode just about every ride there was in Disneyland and spent a little time in California Adventure. We were so tired from Disneyland that by the time we got to Cal. Adv. we were pooped! It was alot of fun and nice to be able to play with the kids without Nate for the day. He's fun but he can't ride all the big rides just yet... so we'll take him next time! Love ya Nate!

Grandma Briscoe's 90th Birthday

Brandon's Grandma came to HB a few weeks for her 90th birthday. We had so much fun with her. We had a birthday dinner for her at Mario's then came back for a yummy dessert and presents. Then the next day the Briscoe girls took her to lunch and then went to see Wicked at the Pantages Theatre which was just AWESOME!! I recommend this show to everyone!!

My Kids Version of "So You Think You Can Dance"

Our family was really into "So You Think You Can Dance" this season... so much so that my kids decided to make their own dance show. Taylor's friend, Sidney, was the judge and Taylor and Jack were the performers. I just about peed my pants from laughing so hard when Jack came out with his shirt off and hair slicked back (all Taylor's idea)!! There were so cute I just had to share...

We (Kristin, Kelly, me, Laura, Amber, Myrna and Susan) had a much deserved girls night out last week for Kelly's birthday... Pinkberry and a movie! (I stole this picture from Kristin because I forgot my camera... thanks Kristin!)

I MISS MY PARENTS...

SO MUCH! I wish they lived closer! My kids love having them here and really miss them when they're gone! They came to visit last month... I'm just very behind on blogging. But we really had the best visit ever! We even had a 1/2 birthday party for Jack and Taylor since their birthdays are in December (Taylor is ON Christmas Day) which is the hardest and busiest time of the year to have birthday parties. We also went to the beach, the OC Fair, had a girl’s day of manicures and pedicures, a boy’s day of fishing, swam at the pool at their hotel and sooooo much shopping which really makes me miss my mom because that’s what we used to do the most when I lived at home. That was our time to talk and catch up on what was going on in my life while I was growing up. Mom & Dad… I really love and miss you so much! Thanks for all the memories while you were here… we had an awesome time.

Summer is too busy...

for blogging!! Anyone else having the same problem?!? So, sorry Mom & Dad... I know you want to see more, but time is not on my side right now, but I promise there will be ALOT to see soon.
