The Forgotten Present...

You know how every year you hide Christmas presents so well that you end up forgetting about it and you find it a day or two after Christmas... well that just happened to Grandma Briscoe for Nate's birthday! She bought him a pair of sunglasses (as you see in the picture) and forgot about them. Needless to say, he now wears them everywhere... to the store, to the vet, to BED, you name it he has them on. SO CUTE, especially with his beloved binky!

Fishing with Grandpa...

Jack went fishing with Grandpa today on the HB pier and caught 2 fish!!! He loved it and was so excited he had to take his fish down to the shop to show Dad. Jack said the fish only liked his Spongebob pole because Grandpa didn't catch ANY fish with his pole! They have decided this will be a weekly outing for them.

Friday Night Soccer Game

Taylor had a soccer game on Friday... they played a really hard team. They have been undefeated until this last game. They cried... but they got over it really quick when they learned we were having a pizza party right after the game. As you can see, Daddy and Nate were happy too!

Nate's Birthday

Today is Nate's 2nd birthday! We had a party for him last night with the Briscoe family.... Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Cooper, Aunt-to-be Lisa, Uncle Brian, Aunt Amanda (and baby girl to be Briscoe), Mom, Dad, Taylor, Jack and of course Nate. He got lots of fun gifts and even one all the way from Virginia from Mamaw and Papaw Lewis!

Bon Jovi Rocks!

So I just had the best girl's night out ever..... we went to see Bon Jovi in concert and Daughtry opened for them. It was amazing. I have to say that my new concert buddy is for sure Kristin Arnold and Jen Schumann. We stood the entire time and dance like we were back in high school. Thanks so much to Amber Sim for getting us all together. It was so fun and a great group of girls to hang with... love ya Holly, Jen, Amber, Steph, Kristin and Melanie (all pictured above).
